Satisfied or refunded/30 days

If for a reason or for another you are not satisfied with a product which you ordered, you can return it to us under the conditions specified hereafter, under 30 days, and we will refund you the entirety of the amount

Conditions of return :

All the products that sold on vision-discount.com profit from the guarantee of the manufacturer and are identical to those of the trade. Any return of article within thirty (30) clear day as from the reception of the order (by indicating the number of order to which it is referred) for exchange or refunding will be accepted.
The expenses of return will be nevertheless with your load, except if the return is due to an error of our share or if the product is received defective or damaged.
Only the complete products turned over, in good condition and in their packing of origin such as we will have delivered them to you will be included or exchanged.
Cd-roms cannot be taken again that if they were not open.

The products in promotion (Promo Price) can neither be taken again nor exchanged.

To carry out a return: :
Thanks for agreeing to fill the back of the delivery order included at the origin in your parcel, by explaining the reason of this return, if you wish to exchange the product or that it be refunded to you.
Pack the article with precaution in a rigid box and send it to:

Methods of Refunding :
In the event of return for refunding, only the value of the product is refunded, except shipping costs.

• by bank cheque: a cheque corresponding to the amount of refunding is sent to the bill-to-address indicated during the ordering.

Exchange:

In the event of exchange, the forwarding costs are with our load.

In the event of difference in price between the articles:

• If the article of replacement is more expensive than the article to be replaced, regulate the difference (except costs carriage) by sending cheque bank to the order B DELANNOY OPTICIEN.
• In the opposite case, vision-discount you sendings cheque of the amount of the difference.

At the end of this thirty (30) days deadline, the products delivered will be considered in conformity with your order and accepted by the customer.
